| The coxswain is the captain of the
crew! It is his or her responsibility to carry out the
instructions of the coach, ensure the boat is safely handled, and
provide leadership of the crew. A good coxswain will be
respected by the crew, demand excellence for the crew as well as
his or herself. The following links can be studied to help
