Hampton Crew prides itself on providing the best, state-of-the-art equipment for our rowers, to make them competitive on any level, and provides a safe experience to create world class athletes, great well-rounded young men and women, and future leaders

Head Coach, Stephanie Sholhead, teaches a "team-first" attitude that instills in our rowers the will and persistence to maximize their boat stability and reach their goals,

Rowing at Hampton is a no-cut, club sport with varsity status. Our Rowing (Crew) program is made up of rowers, coxswains, and coaches working together to compose a winning team.  This ultimate team sport combines strength, determination, and technique to create a crew that can synchronize their strokes to propel their “shell” or boat through the water.
